I think Ravoli, with any sauce white + clean broccoli, dinner for one. Its from the bags.

White sauce is : oil+1 table spoon flour, add water, until it thicken. That is white sauce (parley, salt, black pepper)

America sell those distill White Vinegar like in Wagmans, you should stock like 6 big jar, carried in. You dilute that.

There are also apple cider Vinegar, you don't need organic. But there is organic, you take one table spoon daily.
