Humanity comes first ....to that what most MD supposed to sign up that jobs for.

Whatever they know or don't know. Its not you trying is enough, that jobs you have to get it right, to stay in MD.

Some people lost their MD, or professional, they decide not to pretending to be the MD, if you just trying to be professional, and self-cultivate like Eben, to teach others adult continuation education.

A lot of people have all kinds of problems, money, discipline, talking skills, negotiation face issues, money, showing up issues. shrinks, scared, cold, or lack of some supports.

In America, they give you everything to put together something, you could work that goal, if you just know how to make everyone equally share, when you become.... "Somebody".

If not, you just have to say "We try again, next time. We try something else tomorrow, or next month. What do you want to do first? Think or hide?"

Everyone is different

You don't make everyone's jobs so difficult. We just talking and saying it.
