My facebook broken on the message, Foot !

 

I have a bath tubes, so I bathing a lot, my foot touches the water, every time I surgical my foot, and took a shower, I have the bandage on, but after next day, I have no more bandage?

These things do get back. So I have to keep watching and changing.

On my website. I say if I cut it, I start to get that one side body hurt, True.

So I did very slowly, to one foot, and then the second foot.

Right now I don't have anymore of that problems anymore.

I don't want to watch it anymore .....these human are not about their foot, tall guys, right?

I live on an island, that is why I think the bear foot means bad, but the weather here is so mild, you can just wear the sandle outside. I don't wear sandle in Canada or America, its tooooo cold, but I never have a problem on my foot.

Right now I have about every 6 months, I check my own foot, and take things out.

I am checking the reason why.

Island means the humility is very high, way higher.

We rain here in the winter too.
