White Rice, exactly looks like a correct white rice, nothing else.
Pasta, nothing by paste looking exactly like the pasta.
You could do the ugly rice cooker, those Chinese oil rices, but Westerner don't eat those, but you could make 10 lunch boxes, which one you pick, you take 5, you leave 5 home to eat....exaclty different rice dishes, to master at it. It cannot possibly to be that difficult. They really eat it down...I don't even know for sure.
Rice
Fried Rice with eggs in its, and small kale stem, small tiny, kinda like peas, but not peas.
White Rice
Oil Chinese hot pepper rice with lightly soy sauce in it, with cashew, or peanuts, little treats.
Green onion, corns, carrots fried rice, salt and pepper.
Brococlli stem, white rice, salt and pepper
Pasta
Cheese, with green beans small choped, tomato, olives
Onion sautee with all other vegetable fine dice.
Can olives, with can artichoke, its cold blend, Italian seasoning.
Eggs

Sushi eggs, those are layers by layers stack up, roll it, and cut into strips, you can use in anything, Sushi wrap with white rice, cucomber, avocado and that eggs strips.
Wash Green
Decoration in the lunch box, those they can eat or don't eat, with carrot knife jobs.
Lettuce, for big groups of people, sometimes they mouth chew one piece they feel their blood sugar up.
Ranch sauce, Thousand island sauce, honey mustard, Ketchup...
If you just liquidate yourself every part, you will at least pay attention everything liquid labels, really.....There are liquids and herbs, meaning washing green, or plung greens.
When people turn away from the food, I am telling you, there are only hobby left, to do every day in jobs, for nothing on the computer to breath air.....slice, cut, chop, peel, die......Fire burn burn burn....and water sunk down forever....pipe.....water water water...down.
