Big oven are very expensive on the electricity, so we will have the small oven. Like I used to say the wet batter.

The wet batter its just salt, flour, and water, you make it like sticky enough, you all around the brocolli, zucchini, yellow zucchini, cucomber, small corns, or cube onion.

Here you could just do the same, the sausage, with that wet batter. You don't need to use cheese.

There are ways to do those bread crumb. Its called Japanese bread crumb there is a name on that.

But with you all these many people, I think you make a lot of tray in that big oven, its worth it, you leave it next day left over, you use the small oven to re-heat it. You use the hot sauces on top.
