You jump to straight your leg, or V....as wide as you high up there, and your two arms. You do that a few time, you get down, you say some words as if your chi flow out...of you.

Your parents probably getting old, don't like people yelling at you, but that is what you mean, you are the kid, they are the parents. She keeps doing something funny at it....
