If you want to turn yourself less than the monkey, you really need to knocking some door, like the secretary door, and schedule talking to a real professor. Don't be argumentative. You prepare yourself every parts, you set a time of 3 weeks, 3 months, then you finding these secterary door, you just too scared to schedule it.

At the 3 months ends, you have a podcast or an audio.

You have a correct outfit, you do and talking a subjects in 10 mins, any textbook, the real textbook of some language to sound like you ask yourself 5 question of it, and answer it.

You devote one hour per day, or 3 hours per week. The weekend, you study hard at 6 hours of it....you will see what that 10 years means, you just focus on that one jobs, the University position, to sound like never to be a monkey, walking talking, nothing the human standard, anywhere I can say about you. 

There is no one else needs to exist around you, I am telling you. Get rid of them....
